Kouper and Ryan in Leavenworth, WA - 12/23/2010

There is deffinatly a lot to be said about our family trip to Leavenworth, WA this year!  It was Makenzie's first trip up to the mountian and while she won't remember it...I can honestly say it was an amazing day.

We got the family packed in the car early and cought the 7:55am boat out of Kingston, WA.  We made our way up to Stevens Pass and then down to Leavenworth.  We spent the morning walking around the amazing little town looking for fun things to buy and/or amazing treats and goodies that were special to Leavenworth!

By the afternoon we bought the kids sleds because in the middle of town there was a hill that all the kids were sledding on!  Kouper LOVED it...he did want his baby sister to go down with him but I had to make him understand that she was just a little to tiny for that!  Maybe next time...

Makenzie spent the entire day in the front pack looking super duper cute!  She slept through the entire trip...only waking up long enough to let me know that she was hungry.  I feel that I can expect almost the exact same behavior when we head to Disneyland next week.  She is a great little travel buddy and can't wait to see where our travels will take our family.

Christams With The Palmer's

Hello All!

Chritmas at our house was pretty amazing, yet for some reason this year I am happy to be done with it all at the same time!  While all the Christmas stuff is packed away and the tree is already taken down, the memories of this Christmas will not be forgotten anytime soon!

This was my first Christmas with 2 kids!  Kouper loved everything about Christmas, and was super happy about everything that he got...however, he was a little disappointed that Makenzie slepted through.  He really thought that she should be opening presents on her own and running around.  LOL!  I think that he will really enjoy next Christmas becuase she will be a year old and starting to really enjoy ripping presents open!

I have to admit that my Mom made Kouper's Christmas.  She got him the R/C walking Ironman.  He ripped through his stalking, said a quick thank you to everyone, shoved a waffle down his thoat and started playing with this Ironman and didn't stop for about 4 days!!!  He has been using other toys that he has as bad guys and shooting missles at them.  I love to watch his imagination at work and can't thank my mom enough for an amazing Christmas gift for him!

Other than going over to my parents house for presents and dinner that night, we mostly just hung out a home as a family.  It is the first Christmas that we didn't have a day full of plans driving from one place to another so I LOVED THAT!!!

Take Two...

So I started a blog a while back but had just too much going on with trying to graduate from college and prepping for baby number two..that I failed at keeping up our blog! To say tha I just failed at blogging would be wrong..I actually failed epicly! However, now that I am graduated and baby Makenzke is here there so much to say on a daily basis and I want to record everything that I can for both her and Kouper!! So here is my second attempt at keepig friends and family up to date on our lives!
